ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use of the services offered on the soone platform (hereinafter "the Service"), as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.
They are accessible and printable at any time via a direct link at the bottom of the website. They may be supplemented, where applicable, by specific terms of use for certain services.
ARTICLE 2. SERVICE OPERATOR
The Service is operated by Soone.

ARTICLE 3. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
The Service is freely accessible to any User with Internet access. All costs related to accessing the Service, whether hardware, software, or Internet access costs, are exclusively borne by the User.
Access to the Service requires the creation of a user account. The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep it updated.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password). Any connection or data transmission made using their credentials shall be deemed to have been made by them.
ARTICLE 4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The soone Service is a remote management platform enabling:
- Management of access rights and authorizations for residents and visitors
- Management of connected equipment (intercoms, access control, etc.)
- Viewing of event logs
- Configuration of equipment settings
- Sending notifications and alerts
Soone reserves the right to offer any other service it deems useful, in any form and according to the features and technical means it considers most appropriate.
ARTICLE 5. USER OBLIGATIONS
The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and these Terms.
The User specifically agrees not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent purposes or in violation of third-party rights
- Distribute unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or content contrary to public order
- Attempt to access other user accounts or computer systems without authorization
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
- Extract, collect, or store personal data of other users
- Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the Service
In case of breach of any of these obligations, Soone reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service without notice or compensation.
ARTICLE 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Service (texts, images, software, databases, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Soone or are used under license.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the Service, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Soone.
The User only benefits from a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use, limited to using the Service in accordance with its intended purpose.
ARTICLE 7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
7.1 Data Controller
Soone, as data controller, collects and processes personal data in connection with providing the Service, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
7.2 Data Collected
Personal data collected may include:
- Identification data: name, first name, email address, phone number
- Professional data: company, position
- Connection data: IP address, connection logs, usage history
- Data related to equipment managed through the Service
7.3 Processing Purposes
This data is collected for the following purposes:
- Provision and management of the Service
- Customer relationship management and technical support
- Service improvement and development of new features
- Sending communications related to the Service
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
7.4 Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and for a maximum of 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the User has the following rights regarding their data:

7.6 Data Security
Soone implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, including protection against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
ARTICLE 8. COOKIES
The Service uses cookies necessary for its operation, including:
- Managing authentication and user sessions
- Remembering language preferences
- Ensuring the security of the Service
The User may configure their browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the Service may then not be available.
ARTICLE 9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Soone endeavors to maintain the Service accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without being subject to an obligation of result.
Access to the Service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance operations, updates, technical improvements, or any event beyond the control of Soone.
Soone shall in no case be held liable for damages resulting from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service.
ARTICLE 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Soone disclaims all liability in the event of:
- Damages resulting from non-compliant use of the Service by the User
- Loss of data or information stored by the User
- Third-party intrusion into the User's system
- Transmission of viruses despite protection measures in place
- Malfunctions of the Internet network or User's equipment
- Force majeure or third-party actions
The liability of Soone is in any case limited to direct and foreseeable damages suffered by the User.
ARTICLE 11. HYPERLINKS
The Service may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. Soone has no control over these sites and disclaims all liability for their content or the practices of their operators.
ARTICLE 12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Soone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon their publication on the Service.
The User will be informed of substantial modifications by any appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after notification of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
ARTICLE 13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of Soone's registered office.
